What services do you provide?

Professional hot waxing, edge sharpening, base repair, core-shot repair, structural repair, rust removal and binding adjustment for skis and snowboards.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. The Burnaby workshop operates by scheduled drop-off. Walk-ins are not accepted.

How long does service take?

Regular turnaround is usually about 24 hours. Same-day service may be available at extra cost, subject to capacity.

How often should I wax my equipment?

Wax life depends on snow conditions, base material and riding style. Many riders benefit from waxing after roughly three to five mountain days or whenever the base looks dry.

Can you repair deep base damage?

Yes. We repair scratches, gouges and core shots. Structural damage is assessed in person before pricing is confirmed.

Can you remove edge rust?

Yes. Minor and heavy rust can often be removed, followed by edge sharpening and polishing.

Do you service groups and companies?

Yes. High-volume and on-site event service is available for companies, clubs and community events by custom quote.
