Appointments and turnaround
Services are performed by scheduled drop-off. Turnaround estimates depend on workload, equipment condition and repair complexity. Same-day requests may carry an additional charge.
Inspection and approval
Additional damage discovered during inspection may change the recommended scope, price or completion time. Material changes are confirmed before additional work proceeds.
Bindings and equipment condition
Customers are responsible for providing accurate skier and boot information. Old, damaged or incompatible equipment may be declined when safe adjustment or service cannot be completed.
Pickup and payment
Completed equipment should be collected at the agreed time. Payment and applicable taxes are due according to the Square order or invoice.
Used equipment and repairs
Repair improves damaged equipment but cannot make used equipment new. Existing wear, construction limitations and hidden damage may affect appearance, durability and performance.
