Repair Kit Guide
Use the kit only when the damage fits.
Base repair kits can help with small, functional repairs, but deep or edge-near damage still needs careful inspection.
Clean and dry
Remove dirt, loose base material and old wax so the repair has a clean surface to bond to.
Fill in layers
Build the repair slowly. Deep damage should be filled in thin layers instead of one thick blob.
Level and wax
After curing, level the repair flush with the base, smooth it, then wax for better glide.

If the gouge reaches the core, sits near the edge, or keeps reopening, book a repair assessment.
